Beware the Size of Your Synthetic Mound!

The mound did not meet state regulations and the Lehman Lions were facing a very real possibility of having to play the rest of their games on the road.

Sportsfield Specialties was able to quickly provide one of our Porta-Pitch, Portable Pitcher's Mounds for synthetic turf fields. With their close proximity to our manufacturing plant, the education department dispatched a truck to Delhi from New York (roughly a 3 hour trip) to pick up the new mound for Lehman.

Lehman will be able to resume their home schedule on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 with their brand new Porta-Pitch!
