Post University had a short fuse to complete the renovation of their ball fields before the snow began to fall on their campus in northern Connecticut. They could not risk weather and scheduling delays by trying to build dugouts and benches on site so they turned to Sportsfield Specialties to build these products in the comfort of their production facilities while the site contractor completed the field and concrete work. Fortunately, these dugouts and benches were shipped ahead of schedule as a freak storm dumped almost two feet of snow in parts of Connecticut in late October !

After almost three years of planning and design revisions, these four large dugouts, benches, and storage units rode off into the sunrise!  This project provided 4 GameShade® Dugouts for the new Donna Ricker Memorial Field. Part of renovation project that included a new multi-use turf field. Dugouts feature a three color powder-coat scheme and are enclosed in chain link applied on-site. Batting tunnels were also provided by Sportsfield Specialties.
